The sery is for the straighening of the flange heat deformation during welding deformation.
Based on the principle of lever made of upper roller device and drive roller, when the straightened flange plate passes,it will be bending and deformation.Due to the gven force is more than yield point of flange plate material,the flexibility reverting factor is small,so it can be up to the purpose of straightening.
According to the different output straightening fore of upper roller device,this series machines can be divided into two type of mechanical and hydraulic straightening .They are used in flange plate straightening with different thickness and strength levels.
